In the box and care

The box includes one Dangbei 4k Laser Projector, one AC cord, one 180 W (18 V/10 A) power adapter, one instruction manual, and a remote. The product includes a one-year manufacturer warranty.

For lens care, first remove loose dust with a motorized air blower or manual rubber dust blower; do not wipe a dusty lens directly. Use a specialized microfiber lens cloth or lens-cleaning wipes. For grease or fingerprints, apply a small amount of specialized camera lens cleaner to the cloth, not the lens, and wipe gently from the center outward. Avoid tissues, paper towels, and clothing.

Warranty

• The Main Unit: The Dangbei 4k Laser Projector itself and its internal optical engine/hardware components are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Accessories: Packaged accessories such as the remote control, power adapter, and structural brackets carry a shorter 3-month warranty window.
• Replacement Terms: If a valid quality claim is processed, Dangbei will replace the projector with a factory-refurbished model of equal value (or a new item if refurbished units are unavailable). The replacement projector assumes the remaining balance of the original warranty or 3 months, whichever is longer.
